How To Re-Send Applicant Approved Email
If your applicant didn't receive your approval email you can re-send a decision email in the Applicants section under the BrandChamps page in your account.
To start, select the applicant that you’d like to send a decision email.
Then click the More Action drop-down box to select “Send decision email”.
After clicking “Send decision email”, you will then be prompted with a warning that explains the applicant has already received an email and that they could be receiving a duplicate email.
Click the Send Email button.
Ambassador is still not receiving email
It’s always best practice to follow up with the applicant to be sure they received your 2nd email attempt.
If the applicant hasn't received the email, please have the applicant add your email address to their safe senders/whitelist.
Another place for applicants to check for your decision email is to go through their junk/spam folders or if they have a Gmail account, they can look under the Categories > Promotions tab.
