How to reset a login password

To reset your login password, you'll need to navigate to the login page. For example:

{{you-company}}.brandchamp.io

Next, enter the email that is registered with your BrandChamp account and then click the Forgot Password? link.

Enter your email address and then click Request Password Reset.

An email will then be sent to the email address entered and will provide a link to reset the password.

If the person in question does not see the reset email in their inbox please go through the following checklist:

-Check Spam Folder

-Check the Promotions tab in Gmail

-Have the ambassador whitelist the email you have configured for your BrandChamp account. 

-Check Trash Folder
