| Creating codes |
You must manually add or import discount codes to both BrandChamp and your ecommerce system |
Automatically creates discount codes for all current and future BrandChamps that match the set targeting. For example you can create codes for all BrandChamps or just those matching a particular tag. |
| Removing codes |
If a BrandChamp leaves or is removed from program, you must manually delete discount codes from both BrandChamp and ecommerce system |
Codes are automatically deleted from both BrandChamp and ecommerce system when a BrandChamp leaves, is removed by an admin, or no longer matches the set targeting. |
| Editing codes |
You must manually remove old code and add the new code in both BrandChamp and ecommerce system |
You can edit the code in BrandChamp and it will automatically update the code in the ecommerce system |

You can edit individual codes to any custom value, but codes are created (or recreated) in bulk by following a format you define. Format must at least 3 random numbers so that codes can be recreated automatically.

| Multiple codes per BrandChamp |
You can add multiple codes for the same BrandChamp within the same set |
Each automated discount code set creates one discount code for every BrandChamp included in the set. If you need multiple codes, you can create more than one discount code set. |
| “Hiding” Discount Codes |
You can hide 1 or more discount codes so that the codes are not displayed to the BrandChamp in their portal, but it continues to track referrals |
Hiding of discount codes is not supported. Each BrandChamp included in a set will have an active and visible code. |
