Below is an email template you can use to send your brand ambassadors, alerting them that they will be switching to BrandChamp.
The main goal of this email is to:
- Alert them of the platform change and timeline, and spark excitement about the change
- Assure them that their points, codes, and links will be seamlessly transferred over
- Highlight the benefits of BrandChamp and what they will be gaining from the switch
- Increase the number of successful ambassadors transferred

We have some exciting news regarding the (your brand name)’s ambassador program. We are switching platforms to BrandChamp!
We know what you’re probably thinking….
What does this mean for me? Am I still an ambassador? Will I get to continue with the program? 😳
The short answer is yes!
And we want to make this transition to BrandChamp as smooth as possible for you.
BrandChamp is very similar to (old platform), so setting up your profile and getting started on BrandChamp should be a breeze.

We are excited to transfer to BrandChamp because they offer some great features we know you will love. On BrandChamp, you will have more opportunities to connect with your fellow ambassadors and connect with our team directly in-app.
You will still be able to earn points for creating content, earn cash for making referrals, and get awesome rewards for participating in the program.

Here’s a quick look at the transition process:
- Once (your brand) has completely migrated over to BrandChamp, you will receive an email inviting you to join the program. Once you receive that email, you can access your account and participate in the program.
- Your points and commission will be transferred over! Anything you earned in (old platform) will reflect in your BrandChamp account.
- Any rewards your redeemed or content you submitted to (old platform) will be fulfilled and approved/rejected before the transition, so you will get to start fresh in BrandChamp.
