Removing a BrandChamp from your program
You can use the reports area of the administration portal to see which BrandChamps are not engaging with your program. If, after communicating with them, their performance has not improved, you can remove them from your program by going to the BrandChamp record, to the User tab and clicking the "Remove" button:
The BrandChamp will be logged off and will no longer be able to log in to the platform.
Note: The BrandChamp will no longer contribute to your count of BrandChamps in the month following deletion. So you may not see the dashboard count update immediately. But if you scroll forward to following month you will see count drop.
