FAQs and Troubleshooting
- Why don’t I see the “Allow Notifications” prompt on installation?
- Ensure that notification permissions are enabled in your browser/device settings.
- Ambassadors report not receiving notifications—what should I do?
- Confirm that the app is installed/bookmarked on their devices.
- Ask ambassadors to enable notifications in their device or browser settings.
- Can ambassadors receive notifications on all devices?
- Yes, but push notifications work best on the most recent versions of Chrome and Safari. On iOS, Safari must be updated to version 16.4 or later. For other browsers, ensure they have installed your app using https://brand_name.brandchamp.io/install where brand_name is the name of your brand.
