Filter Reports by BrandChamp Segments
BrandChamp reports can be filtered to analyze specific groups of users instead of your entire program.
You can create these segments in two ways:
- Using filters (dynamic groups)
- Using manual selection (specific users)
Once applied, the selected segment will carry across all report tabs including:
- Activity Report
- Referral Report
- Social Report
- BrandChamp Report
This allows you to analyze performance for any group of BrandChamps in a consistent way.
Method 1: Filter by BrandChamps (Dynamic Segments)
Use filters when you want to analyze a group based on rules such as tags, activity, or status.
How it works
- Go to BrandChamps
- Apply filters (tags, activity, status, etc.)
- Click on Reports
- You’ll be redirected to reports with the filters applied

Example use cases
- Analyze Top performers using tags
- Track engagement of Inactive users
- Measure performance of a campaign-specific segment
- Compare new vs existing BrandChamps
Key behavior
- Filters are applied at the BrandChamp level
- The same filter will persist across all report tabs
- Changing report tabs will retain the selected segment
Method 2: Report on Selected BrandChamps (Manual Segments)
Use manual selection when you want to analyze a specific list of users.
How it works
- Go to BrandChamps
- Select BrandChamps using checkboxes (up to 100 users)
- Click on More Actions drop down
- Select Report on Selected Users
- You’ll be redirected to reports with only those users applied

Example use cases
- Review performance of specific users from a campaign
- QA or audit specific BrandChamps
Key behavior
- You can select up to 100 BrandChamps
- The selection creates a temporary segment
- The selected users will apply across all report tabs
- The segment is not saved for future use
How Filters Work Across Reports
Once a segment is applied (via filters or selection):
- All reports will reflect only those BrandChamps
- You can switch between Activity, Referral, Social, and BrandChamp reports
- The selected segment will remain active until cleared

What happens if I select users manually?
Only those selected users (max upto 100) will be included in the reports.
