The Referral Report gives admins a clear, structured view of how their referral program is performing. It combines revenue KPIs, commission tracking, distribution insights, and detailed drill-downs so you can quickly assess impact and optimize your program.

Section 1: Referrals Overview (KPIs)
This section answers one question fast: How is my referral program performing right now?
Total Referral Sales (Gross)
Total revenue generated through referral links or discount codes before deductions.

Total Referral Sales (Net)
Revenue generated through referrals after returns, refunds, or adjustments.

Number of Referrals
Total number of completed referral attributed to BrandChamp.

Average Referral Value
Formula: Total gross Sales ÷ Number of referrals

Average Sales per BrandChamp (Gross)
Formula: Total Gross Referral Sales ÷ Number of BrandChamps with referrals

Commission Distributed (Points)
Total points awarded to BrandChamps for referral-driven sales.
Commission Distributed (Monetary)
Total monetary commission paid out to BrandChamps. Filter currency from the top.

Unique Customers
Number of unique customers acquired through referrals.
