Issuing Unissued Rewards

As described in the "Manual vs Auto Issued Rewards" section, some rewards can be set up to be auto-issued without any intervention from an administrator.

Alternatively, rewards can be set up to be manually issued, which means that when a BrandChamp selects a reward, it goes into a queue of unissued rewards, which an administrator must review and click to issue.

To view the list of these unissued rewards, click the "Rewards" page link in the admin nav bar. An example screen is shown below:

Each line represents a reward selected by a BrandChamp.

Depending on the type of reward, the "Reference" field needs to be filled out differently, as described below, before an administrator clicks to Issue the reward.

Once a reward is issued, the reference value is available in the email a BrandChamp will receive and in the "Rewards" section of the BrandChamp portal.

All issued rewards can be viewed in the "Issued" tab.

Notifications

BrandChamps will receive an email at most once daily with details of all rewards issued in the last 24 hours. By default, these emails are sent at 8 pm daily, but the time can be changed in your Settings area.

Note: auto-issued rewards are not included in these emails as the BrandChamp will be able to see those rewards immediately in their portal after confirming their selection.

BrandChamps can view all their issued and unissued rewards in the Rewards section of the BrandChamp portal.

You can optionally edit this code before issuing the reward.

Using Existing Discount Code

If you have an existing discount code you'd like to use, click the "Enter existing code" and paste the code into the Discount code input field.

If you do, but you receive an error the first time you attempt to issue a gift card reward, it's most likely because your Shopify account manager needs to enable that feature first.
